    I made macarons yesterday and today. Yesterday, by myself, I made a chocolate shell and salted caramel filling and oh my are (were!) they good. So chewy and crunchy and sweet and salty. Then, today, B and I decided to make them again. They turned out okay, chocolate and plain shells with chocolate or orange filling. I think I’ve made about a hundred macarons in two days and so many of them are gone already, it wouldn’t surprise me if I dreamt of them. Here’s to macarons! PS: Maybe a recipe on Friday?
